Return And Exchange Policy

• As a company policy we do not provide returns/refunds on any product once sold.
• Exchange is provided for size issues within the same product. The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
• Size exchange is allowed once per order.
• Any customized outfit, that is made as per the customer’s instructions is not eligible for exchanges, we request you be careful while ordering customized pieces.
• Exchanges are not accepted due to color differences. A 10% color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
• Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order
• All sales, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
• No exchange or return for Sarees.
• Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at staging.labelmirjai.comwithin 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• We do not have a reverse product pickup facility so customers are requested to send the product yourself.

If the customer does not hand over the product within 5-7 business days from the date of the return/exchange request being raised, the request will be canceled from our end.
